Here is the situation

You and Mary are the last survivors of the race of men, and it is time to reproduce! But there are 3 problems.

1. She is fat.
2. She has no arms or legs.
3. She can only reproduce through her left ear.


(the point of this post is to get the fun back in the forum, im sick of all the drama crap from ppl not in the clan)

I see no way the everyone could be killed, except 2 people. Further more if everyone was kill, except 2 people, what are the chances that they would find each other anyway (that kinda depends on how fat she is, the needs to be defined). I know they wouldn't have hid together, the girl wouldn't have been able to get there.

So what am I getting at, well here you go:

There are an infinite number of possibilities. There is only one way to solve this problem, and that is they MUST somehow find each other. If he has to find her (she can't do anything herself for obvious reasons) he has 4 days to do so that limits him even more (a person can live 4 days w/out water).

End the end this is what you have:

chances for finding her in 4 days, since almost infinite number of places she could be --> 4days/InfinitePlaces, any number over infinity keeps getting smaller until you can round off to Zero --> 4days/InfinitePlaces = 0 chance of finding her.

0/infinity --> zero divided by any number=Zero so --> 0/infinity=0 ChanceOfFindingHer

Conclusion:
Since there is a zero chance of finding her izzo's question is therefore flawed.[/color]

edit: Cuban I appreciate your opinion on this matter. Sadly there is a chance it could happen.. wanna know how? well heres one way.. she was pregnant when everyone else was killed, and had you. now i didnt say she couldnt get food and water, maybe she was in a grochery store when everyone died?

It doesn't matter if she was in a store or in a lake (if she was in a lake she would drown) SHE HAS NO ARMS OR LEGS SHE CANT FEED HERSELF.

If she was pregnant with me (or anyone) she would have to be about 9 months along the way or the baby would die with her, if she was pregnant then you cant really reproduce so it would no longer matter whether or not he found her, and if she was 9month along would die even quicker because the baby would take up nutrient from the body making it even more improbable that she would be found in time.

And if it was only the baby and the mom then it would be impossible for the human race to survive 1) No one can cut the umbilical cord, 2) the baby would die because no one could feed it 3) there is a 50/50 chance that it will be a boy, if it is a girl well.......We are screwed anyway.

Well everyone knows guys are shallow so eventually he will get horny enough to do her anyways. Although if I was the last man, I would just tell the women that the aliens are coming. (which are who killed the rest of the people) This would make her run, and not just run but run a long way, then I would tell her the food got me sick so she should not eat it. After a few weeks she would not be fat any longer.

hmmm, yeah I got bored half way through and didn't read everything. Starve her to death and then when she loses weight u can do her. But I would not do a fat woman. If we are in orbit, outside of the earth's gravitatoinal pull, when our engines fail we are now stuck in outterspace because we have no engine to fly us back down to earth. We now die becasue of lack of food because the fat person eats it all and I am faced with a choice, eat her or die.
Being the kind sole I am I jump out into space where there is NO gravity (which is why we cannot crash, unless we were heading back to earth in the first place which would be unlikly because we saw all the chaos going on and knew we would die if we did) and flot away until the air in my space suit runs out and then mary dies of thirst 4 days later.

Again the human race is doomed, but is that such a bad thing anyway?

so here we go, if there was only 2 survivors chances are they survived for a reason. That reason is the location they were in. Now, I do not know what location they were in.. but perhaps it was the only place on earth that could harbor life during the chaos. Under water maybe?

If everyone is dead except for me (the reader) and this fat woman how do you they really exist or are really alive?

Ok, well if everyone DID somehow survive, against all odds I may add, then they would have survived for a reason.

I believe everything that happens, happens for a reason. So if there were only 2 people left alive I believe they were left alive for the reason to allow the human race to survive. I do not believe they would survive if they were not going to reproduce because then there would have been no reason for them to have survive. I believe the 2 people that would be left alive would, no matter what, bring humans "back to life."

Conclusion:
Both people are left alive for the purpose to reproduce the human race. Meaning they will, they have no choice. Since all choice is taken out of the matter Izzo's question becomes a statment based on the first choice.

With the rewording of the used to be question it should now read: You and Mary are the last survivors of the race of men, and you must reproduce. Making the poll, a one answer poll, which is virtually pointless, but we new that from the begining..........

kyle the thing is.. humans are everywhere, and have been everywhere. everywhere you go you will find trash, no I'm not making this up. people are all over the place, along with other animals. there are so many humans that the chances of them being in that place are possible, but not probable.


and cuban, this is where i disagree. it seems that you are religous, and i have nothing against that, my whole family is very religous. as for me i gave it up long ago, the idea of faith and believing is beyond me. and i would gladly have a freindly argument about why i think this way. but i will not get into this unless directed to, i know that some people are very sensitive about religion and i respect that.
