Thats awsome, It's too bad your clan does not want an experienced team player that kicks orafice. Some other clan will benefit from your decision.

Who said anything about you making a wrong decision? Not me, I just said someone else will benefit from it. You make the decisions that you think is best for your clan and that is great. I have been in the same position of making these type decisions, dont get me wrong Im not knocking you.
