Weird server problem

Anyone that knows about server preferences might beable to help me out with this one. In wide open maps it feels kinda choppy, this is just in our 42 server. Its actually kinda hard to explain what is happening, it just doesn't feel smooth.

Anytime something comes up like this, first check your ping, then type stat fps in console to see your average fps.
