I'm about to get us a server, I just need to know what the server name should be.
Also....Will I be able to let people login as webadmin without getting my personal information? (creditcard)

yes. what you do is log onto webadmin with your actual loging and go to "groups and admins" or something like that and make a new loging/group.

Eh, I would talk to Cuban first, I did the same and got 42 a server but he told me to cancel and he would go through his friends at CSS so I just changed the location and name and now use it for personal use.

My head is going to explode, this is sooooooo confusing setting up the server. Server is up and running i Just don't know how to edit anything. Im off to get an ftp uploader thingy..

Took me 2 weeks to learn how to set up a server the correct way, and thats about 10 hours a day. Just add the certain mods and maps you want and use WebAdmin defaults to set everything

AGh, this is what happened last time. ok Tim I am assuming you went through clansserves.com ok that is good, if we don't like it we have 5 days to cancel. Seeing how none of us knew what we were doing I was going around to different server companies and asking about various stuff. I was also taking the time to learn how uploading everything works and so on.

hehe cuban...I was actually able to edit the ut2004.ini a bit and upload the edited version. What happens now is when you join the server its default faceclassic, regular weapons. When the mapvote comes up its only CTF instagib maps (got that part working atleast) and that's when the instagib mutator kicks in. I don't know how to set instagib to default. Its too much of a headache for me, i'm hoping cookies can just cut and paste the important files and with a little tweaking (server name etc.) our server will be up and running.

Yeah cookies if you read this, Cuban should be contacting you with your admin and password for the FTp. Right now i have the server currently stopped so it can be edited. Also I will be giving you 30.00$ when its finished for your trouble ;D I hope you have paypal, if not I will donate the money to your clan.
