If anyone in 42 wants me to get them started in high mouse sensitivities, then let me know and i'll schedule 1 on 1 sessions. High sensitivity makes your reaction time so much faster, and that can be crucial in clan matches.
Will get you started with sensitivities around 2, then all the way up to 5.

I have mine set for .5 but i use 5 different DPI settings starting at 400 and ending at 1100. Depending on the map and the day, I use different settings. Small trick I learned from Kyle Edit - BTW, how can you train someone to get use to a higher sens, shouldn't they just up it here and there and get use to it?

I love how I can barely move my mouse and spin around a few times, its great for rg. What I need tips on is how to keep my crosshair level. I have a prob with moving it up and down too much, but can't lower my dpi or I can't move right and left fast enough. Cookies is the best player I've seen keep his crosshair Level.

Hmmm, kyle, you use the same mouse as me, therefore you can independently change the dpi settings for the x and y axis, just turn down the dpi for the axis that moves the mouse up and down

I have 4.5 sens with 1500 dpi, its extremely sensitive. Also, to answer one of your questions on keeping your mouse level, its called dodge aiming. I can also teach that

High sensitivity isn't so bad once you adjust to it, your aim gets more accurate and alot faster, thus allowing you to increase your efficiency while playing. The best way to adjust to higher settings is to slowly increase the sensitivity level in small increments that you don't notice, before too long you will be using higher sensitivity and wont even know

I find when its lower you can put the crosshair on him and follow him with it easily, with high sens. when they dodge I find it hard to follow them, I lose contol of the crosshair

I used to use a high sens. setting of 4.3 with a 1600 dpi Razer Diamondback mouse. This was actually kinda jerky...so much so that it nearly lagged my comp. I did feel confident at close fights however. I started polling good players, and each one of them used a really low setting. I believe Tob even uses a low setting and he basically owns .
I have been decreasing my mouse sens and I have been getting more and more accurate. I have also put in to practice some really great tips from Milkman, Izzo, and Kyle on style of playing, movement, aiming, etc.
Maybe mouse sens. is user specific ... I don't know.
I say try em out...be patient when you experiment...see what works for you.

I belive mouse sens is based on what the person likes best. I find a lot of good players using both low and high. I recently talked to the iM guys and all of them have a mouse sensitivity over 4.0 but then it is what they like.
I played with a 4.0 for a while and when I moved it down I started getting better. Now I have mine around 2.25 which allows me to do a 180°-200° turn if need be.

1.05 @ 1600DPI
enough that its stable that i dont miss too many easy shots but quick enough i can do a 180 fast

In UT go to "settings" then "input" tab: --in upper right hand corner you will see "mouse sensitivity(game)"
Make your changes there.

0.23 @ 3000 DPI
ill take you and your 5.00 sensitivity , 1v1?
kthx high sensitivity is bad, crappy orafice hitscan and little controlled aim, figures 42 would be using it. =\
