All you have to do is extract the data into your ut2004/system folder. Then goto player options, and select the downloaded voice pack.

A little warning though, if people start to abuse these and never let up, all taunts will be temporarily disabled.

Nope, just sound packs. That's all i'll be adding for customizations. Although these files will only be pushed once, too many consecutive downloads could cause people to leave before they even get in.

sounds are awsome, add some skins too maybe. I like the ones that the usu server uses if you check their forum you will see

Also maybe add dukenukem sound pack beause I love it, but antitcc servers kick me for it lol
